Classic Motel - Hamilton

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. I was impressed with the value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was great. The rooms had basic amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, which was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the sport on the TV in the bedroom was a nice touch. Lastly, the location of this hotel was really unique. It was situated in a very unconventional place, which added to the charm and made my stay feel special.

Everything was satisfactory with no major issues.

I needed to be handy to the Kingsgate hotel and this motel suited perfectly.

Bathroom area small and mirror in bathroom was too high for me.

Owners were so friendly and very helpful. Our 1 bedroom unit was VERY clean and tidy and most of all I liked the welcoming book how they put in it what activities you could do in Hamilton.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

Very helpful staff and they kind enough to allow us to book into our earlier than 1 pm which is book in time due to the fact we had food in the car which we wanted to be refrigerated. Very helpful and obliging appreciated it.

Close to major intersection could be tricky getting in and out of motel at busy times.

Really enjoyed our stay and welcome. The owner she was very pleasant and helpful. The room that was given to us was adequate for our family of five.

The only complaint I have is that it was close to a busy intersection with lights and very noisy. It all slowed down after midnight just got the odd road racers after that.

Super tidy rooms, friendly staff, easy check-in/out, and convenient location close to eateries and attractions like FMG stadium.

Handy to city and Te Awa the Base. Quite comfortable.

Situated at a main intersection. In heavy traffic this would be difficult to turn into the hotel when turning from the right.

We chose Classic Motel because it is close to the swim centre and the river for great walks.

The motel provides excellent convenience as it is located near a supermarket and a hospital. the city centre and tourist attractions are easily accessible. Rooms are equipped with necessary amenities, such as bathroom supplies and towels. Some rooms are fully equipped with kitchen facilities. Families will appreciate the playground set and pool area.

Some rooms may have uncomfortable mattresses, which can impact sleep quality.

The Staff were really friendly and helpful especially when they said we can take our little dog into the room with us. And also make a last minute upgrade to our room with extra beds as we were not sure when we booked if the 2 children would stay with their aunt and uncle overnight for the first time in their life and they enjoyed their stay.

A older style motel but very clean and comfortable. The owners very helpfull with any request we made. We had a family group at the motel and all seemed happy wiyh their rooms

This must be the best value for money of any motel we have stayed in over the last few years. Other similar motels in the same general area were charging at least $20 more for the same type of unit. We stayed in a studio unit which was spotlessly clean and met all our expectations. The staff gave outstanding service and were very friendly. I thoroughly recommend this motel as an excellent basic motel of the traditional type.
